STEP 1: Are You Ready to Export?

You need only these basics:

  • Sender and Receiver’s complete address

That’s it.


STEP 2: Prepare Your Product (Very Important)

What are you exporting?

Food / Agro / Herbal

  • Food Safety or Phytosanitary Certificate (BFDA)

Handicrafts / Non-Food (Department of Culture)

  • No certificate needed in most cases

If unsure → declare correctly, don’t guess.


STEP 3: Prepare 3 Simple Documents

You only need three documents for air export:

  1. Commercial Invoice

    • Exporter name & address
    • Buyer name & address
    • Product name & quantity
    • Value (USD)
    • HS Code (Harmonized System Code)

  2. Packing List

    • Number of cartons
    • Net & gross weight

  3. Air Waybill (AWB)

    • Issued by Exim Express
